  • Start your morning with a warm cup of coffee or tea as you settle into the peaceful and lush surroundings of the Key West Yoga Sanctuary. Introduce yourself, grab your swag bag and enjoy a moment of zen in the garden before your day begins.

  • Kick off your day of nourishment with yoga instructor Kristen Peterson as she guides you through a 75-minute grounding vinyasa yoga and breath work practice specifically crafted to calm the mind and forge a connection between our bodies and the earth.

  • Nourishment is more than just the food we eat—it’s the way we care for our body, mind, and spirit. In this workshop, led by Ayurvedic specialist Eva Lopes, you’ll sip on a warm, digestive tea as you explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and its holistic approach to true nourishment.

    You’ll begin by discovering your unique mind-body type through a simple quiz, then learn how to nourish yourself with foods, self-care rituals, and daily practices for balance and vitality. Walk away with practical tools to cultivate deeper nourishment in your everyday life, feeling more aligned, energized, and restored.

  • The heartbeat of this retreat is community and connection. Nourish your spirit as yoga instructor Lea Moeller guides you through heartfelt group conversations and shared experiences. This session is an open invitation to engage in storytelling with like-minded souls in a welcoming space.

  • Savor a delicious, island-inspired lunch thoughtfully prepared to support your well-being as you spend time enjoying the outdoors and connecting with fellow retreat-goers.

  • In between sessions, take some time to absorb the beauty of Key West. Stroll through the charming streets lined with colorful cottages or unwind on sun-drenched beaches. The island’s laid-back energy and natural beauty make for a magical extension of your retreat.

It all started with an idea… An idea rooted in community, connection, and wellness that shines a spotlight on the many nourishing tools yoga has to offer when it comes to self-care. Get to know the local teachers and businesses that will bring this idea to life. Each with their own unique wisdom, energy and passion, their combined guidance and offerings will help create a warm and nurturing atmosphere to make your experience even more meaningful.

  • Yoga Instructor + Ayurvedic Specialist

    Eva Lopes is a 500 E-RYT yoga teacher and Ayurveda Practitioner who teaches with creativity and a lighthearted approach. Teaching yoga since 2014, she focuses on alignment while offering options for all levels, encouraging students to listen inward and personalize their practice.

    Eva’s intention is to create a supportive space where students can reconnect with themselves and trust their inner teacher. She believes sustainable health transformations come from self-love and nourishment, empowering others to integrate ancient wisdom into modern life in a way that feels natural. 

  • Pilates & Yoga Instructor 

    Lea leads movement classes that are influenced by Vinyasa Yoga & the Pilates Method. She integrates free-diving breath-work with intentional, controlled movements to strengthen the body and quiet the mind.

    In 2014 she became mat Pilates certified and in early 2021 Lea became a certified Yoga Teacher after completing a 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Caya Yoga School of Chicago.

    Lea enjoys teaching a variety of styles but her goal is to help students connect with their body, mind and spirit. Lea, a Key West native, loves to explore the natural beauty of the Keys and is excited to share her connection to this unique place with others.

  • Yoga Instructor

    Florida native Kristen Peterson is a graphic designer by day and yoga instructor by night. Her practice began in 2011 with the intention of using yoga as a tool to generate inspiration for her creative work. The loving and supportive sense of community she experienced from this practice led her to earn her 200-hour teacher certification in 2017, her 300-hour teacher certification in 2021 and she is currently in the process of earning her 1,000-hour yoga therapy certification.

    Kristen’s objective as a teacher is to provide space that allows students to connect to their authentic selves.
